Mass: It is the amount of matter in an object.

Volume:

It is the space occupied by a matter.

• The measuring tools of length are graduated tape and measuring ruler.
• The measuring tools of mass are common balance (two pan balance) and sensitive balance.
• The measuring tool of volume is graduated cylinder.
• The measuring units of length are centimeter (cm), meter (m) and kilometer (km).
• The measuring units of mass are gram (g), kilogram (kg) and ton.
• The measuring units of volume are liter (L), milliliter (ml) , cubic meter (m³) and cubic centimeter (cm³).
